I got notification that my order was shipped with a tracking number that afternoon. Everything was in stock, no backorder, so I have confidence that the online inventory is correct. I received my package the following Wednesday. I probably would have gotten it sooner, but there was Memorial Day and my dog interfered with delivery on Tuesday. The charts were packaged carefully and arrived in excellent condition. If I need more cross stitch supplies, Anita's is high on my list to reorder from.
